Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide timely and effective assistance to customers and employees, ensuring their problems, incidents, issues, requests, and queries are thoroughly resolved. This involves collaborating with other support teams as needed to guarantee the prompt resolution of requests and issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate documentation, timely notifications, proper escalation, efficient tracking, and thorough follow-up for all incidents.
  • Focusing primarily on customer and employee interactions rather than transaction processing.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate detail-oriented organizational skills, and exhibit problem-solving and critical/logical thinking abilities.

A background in customer or employee support is advantageous but not mandatory. We are committed to providing a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.
