**Job Title:** Customer Interaction Specialist As a Customer Interaction Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays as per business requirements. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally. You will also be required to meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings. In addition, you will need to maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Your strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure make you an ideal candidate for this role. Key Responsibilities:

 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • 0-5 years of experience in telecalling or related field (inbound sales, outbound sales)
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts
  • Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken)
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications
