Customer Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Professional to deliver exceptional support services through diverse communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer complaints and queries.
- To respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- To collaborate closely with the finance team to resolve financial issues.
- To adhere to established policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant field is required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (3 days work from home, 2 days work from office) is necessary.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other software applications is expected.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
