Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Global Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support services to our international clients.
About the Role:
- Customer Support: You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience.
- Communication: You will utilize your excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Training: You must be available for one month of mandatory in-office training in Mumbai.
- Flexibility: You must be available for a 5-day work week, with any two weekly offs, to support our international customers.
