Asst. Mgr

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire customer journey, from order receipt to payment. This role requires a strong understanding of customer handling, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to lead a small team to achieve operational goals.

• Customer Handling: Manage the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
• Order Processing: Process customer orders and review contracts, identifying any discrepancies related to payment terms, price, or delivery conditions.
• Planning & Coordination: Handle material pull-in and push-out for customer requests, and manage overall material planning, analyzing customer forecasts and historical sales.
• Invoicing & Payments: Manage invoicing, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and follow up on payments.
• Team Leadership: Lead a small team, providing coaching and guidance to achieve operational KPIs (e.g., Time to Market, Stock days on hand).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with plants, suppliers, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive business results.

• Considerable customer handling experience (direct, through mail, phone, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Excel analysis.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of commercial terms and taxation laws.
• Experience in leading a small team, with a focus on team building and achieving operational goals.
• A positive attitude, with the ability to cope with pressure and be tactful in critical situations.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
