We seek an experienced and skilled People Operations Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage conflicts effectively, and have a strong understanding of performance management and employee development practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives
- Manage employee benefits and facilitate training programs to enhance productivity and job satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks and liabilities
- Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge of performance management and employee development best practices to drive business growth and employee engagement
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure regulatory adherence
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution
