Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage our people operations. This role covers everything from talent acquisition to employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and building a workplace culture that people enjoy being part of.

You will be responsible for handling hiring, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, HR policies, performance reviews, and training programs while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that improve morale and retention.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that improve employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Comfortable working in Pacific Time hours to stay aligned with global teams.
