About the Role:
- As an Insurance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing post-payment cases efficiently.
- You will work closely with customers, insurers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely case issuance, minimal turnaround time, and high first-time right rates.
- Your key responsibilities will include connecting with customers to update them on next steps, coordinating with stakeholders to drive case issuance, achieving monthly targets, and improving operational processes.
Requirements:
- We are looking for individuals with strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of insurance underwriting and decision-making processes, and the ability to handle difficult conversations patiently.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in insurance operations is required, along with basic computer and Excel skills.
