We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to drive expansion across various service verticals, focusing on US-based clients.

About the Role

This position plays a critical part in our growth plans, ideal for someone who understands global outsourcing nuances and can position us as a strategic partner for operational efficiency and cost transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients across industries, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, cold outreach, webinars, and industry associations.
  • Client Acquisition: Present our solutions tailored to each client's operational needs, create customized proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients, coordinate with delivery teams, and monitor service performance.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Track outsourcing trends, automation AI adoption, and emerging demands in the US, analyze competitor offerings, and recommend new service lines.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the BPO KPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US business culture and operations, with exposure to one or more domains such as customer service, insurance, healthcare, finance, or data management.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
