Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven IT Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As an IT Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and closing IT service deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement heads to understand their IT needs.
  • Product Pitching: Present and promote IT services such as web app development, cloud services, cybersecurity, automation, etc.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and consistent support.
  • Sales Pipeline: Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and deal status.
  • Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, handle pricing discussions, and close deals.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
