**Job Title: Campus Engagement Manager**

About the Role

This position involves overseeing outreach efforts to vocational institutions, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders, and driving large-scale onboarding initiatives. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with training providers, principals, and local authorities, planning and executing mobilisation campaigns, and managing candidate funnels from outreach to placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilisation Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive mobilisation strategies to engage students and place candidates into vocational programmes.
  • Candidate Funnel Management: Own the entire candidate journey from outreach to placement, ensuring seamless registration, eligibility screening, skill-tagging, digital onboarding, and handover.
  • Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with vocational institutes, TPOs, and training partners across Delhi NCR and target states.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage event logistics, venue coordination, equipment setup, and team management for on-site drives and events.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct pre-screening, documentation verification, and ensure data quality for captured candidate information.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in mobilisation, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment within vocational/skill development organisations, staffing firms, or NGOs.
  • Strong existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with ITIs, Polytechnics, TPOs, training partners, or NSDC/state skill councils is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trust with key stakeholders including Principals, TPOs, and local authorities.
  • A proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives and events.
  • Strong field orientation, comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and working on-site at institutes and industrial clusters.
  • Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language relevant to target geographies is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple mobilisation projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data dashboarding.
  • Good presentation and training skills; comfortable running group sessions and short assessment tests.
