Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes and records while upholding strict confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives and well-being campaigns across campus.

You Should Apply If You:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • Have experience working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students empathetically.
  • Be comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
  • Willing to stay on campus.
