Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our internal projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and update certification lists, track progress toward certification goals, and support team members in achieving requirements. Additionally, you will manage help desk requests, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations, and deliver accurate and timely reporting on partner center metrics.

You will also provide actionable insights to the partnership team, facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, and identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and collaboration. Your strong organizational and project management skills, combined with your excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, will be essential in driving success.
