Job Title: OpenShift Cluster Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced OpenShift Cluster Manager to oversee the installation, configuration, and management of Red Hat OpenShift clusters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters
  • Perform regular upgrades and patching of OCP environments
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of OCP clusters
  • Manage access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and deployments
  • Utilize tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for automation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
  • 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly RHEL
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
