Key Executive Support Position

The role of a highly skilled and experienced executive assistant is crucial in providing exceptional administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position requires a strong background in business administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, coordinate appointments, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize board meetings, academic council sessions, and management reviews, including drafting agendas and recording minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents, letters, and reports, ensuring timely delivery and discretion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO's office and faculty, staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring deadlines, project progress, and institutional compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an educational or corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
