Strategic Business Partner Opportunity

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Advisor to collaborate with our leadership team in driving strategic business initiatives, assessing opportunities, and providing oversight on transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to evaluate deal structures, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular business meetings to review progress and discuss challenges.
  • Provide timely reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Offer expert advice on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support informed decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
