Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Technology Partner to join our global organization. This role will involve engaging with colleagues at all levels, understanding business requirements, and analyzing data constellations.

The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, particularly in documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, and be able to interact with IT and business stakeholders.

A working knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum project/development life cycles (SDLC), is an asset. Experience in access management, IT security, or operational risk would be a significant advantage.

In this role, you will contribute to the reduction of security and operational risks, identify opportunities for process improvement, and work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve our goals.

Your Team:

You will be part of a global organization within Technology Information Security (TISO). Our services focus on access management for applications and infrastructure, identity management for users, detecting/preventing measures for cyber threats, and exchanging/storing data securely.

We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles, creating best-fit solutions. The organization is moving into an Agile setup, with teams organized in PODs, managing backlogs and sprints, interacting with product owners and Crews using Scrum ceremonies to review and improve the organization.

Your Expertise:

  • Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements)
  • Proven ability to work in a large enterprise environment and complex organization
  • Strong mathematical and statistical analytics skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
