We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our collections team and achieve resolution and recovery targets. As a seasoned Collections Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in handling NPA collections, particularly in Loan Against Property (LAP), and ensuring that all relevant recovery laws are applied.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of negotiation skills, experience in coordinating with legal teams, and strong leadership abilities. Key responsibilities include negotiating settlements with borrowers, working closely with the legal team to implement recovery actions, and motivating the collections team to maximize recovery.
A successful Collections Manager should possess in-depth knowledge of relevant recovery laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adhering to regulatory requirements.
