About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies, ensuring that all team members follow best practices and protocols.
  • Food Production and Presentation: Oversee the production of high-quality food items, adhering to client specifications and Sodexo India standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a diverse team of cooks, MPWs, stewards, cashiers, and Stores assistants to achieve outstanding results.
  • Client Retention: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through excellent service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, minimizing waste and optimizing profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement process changes, and monitor progress to ensure ongoing excellence.
