Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a key role in our collections strategy, leveraging their analytical expertise to drive business outcomes.

This position will involve:

  • Developing and executing data-driven analysis to inform operational and product strategies for loan repayment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining robust relationships with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration and optimize collection strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or related disciplines.
  • Significant experience in data analysis and SQL programming, with proficiency in tools such as Python, R, and Databricks Analytics.
