  • Developing user-facing applications using
  • Building modular and reusable components and libraries.
  • Optimizing application for performance.
  • Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows.
  • Staying up-to-date with all recent developments in the JavaScript and space.
  • Proposing any upgrades and updates necessary for keeping up with modern security and development best practices.
  • Implementing custom plugins made in Vue.
  • Utilizing backend data services and contributing to increasing existing data services API.
  • As a true teammate, continuously improve the team's processes, brainstorm ideas, communicate statuses, and progress.
  • Mentor other people, provide feedback and grow as a part of the team.
  • Learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Drive engineering excellence and ensure teams are delivering high-quality results.
  • Engage in interviewing for AddWeb and hire exceptional people.
  • Provide your team with group upskilling training once a month.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Contribution in open source communities.
  • Creating a positive and passionate attitude within the team members.
  • Checking your team's job satisfaction level in every quarter.
  • Provide the team a vision of the project objectives.

Requirements :

  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Thorough understanding of and its core principles.
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
  • Be an expert in Agile product development/project management.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Communicate clearly and constantly with teams.
  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g, ).
  • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
  • Knowledge of React Native is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
