Job Title: Senior Specialist - Retail Design

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at adidas in Mysuru, India. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality and timely design solutions for adidas retail stores across Emerging Markets.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in store design, layouts, zoning, and specifications with a solid understanding of consumer journeys and retail trends. They are detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all design solutions adhere to construction standards, safety regulations, and adidas design guidelines.
  • Develop detailed design drawings, zoning plans, elevations, and façades.
  • Maintain consistency of layouts and façades across markets.
  • Project Development & Coordination:
  • Prepare project proposals and tenders for suppliers and partners.
  • Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and acceptance of works.
  • Provide specifications for retail equipment and furniture aligned with store concepts.
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, and deliver on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 4–8 years of professional experience in architecture and retail design
  • Industry background in retail sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG preferred
  • Exposure to cross-functional areas such as business development, IT, retail operations, or supply chain
