Design Leadership and Innovation

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer technology, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX/UI design, design systems, interaction design, and user research methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation
  • Partner closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and innovative design solutions

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in design, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles
  • Demonstrated success in leading design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for retail, convenience, or consumer technology markets
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a collaborative environment
