Sr Branch Manager

Leading Retail Banking in Mumbai

  • Manage sales, operations and administration in a designated area.

The position enables clear focus on handling of branch for Mumbai. To ensure sourcing/profitability/collection in the branches by maintaining high quality of portfolio as per company norms and process.

  1. Handle branch operations, sales and administration tasks.
  2. Maintain high-quality portfolio for the area.
  3. Achieve targeted results for branches in the area.

We seek an experienced professional to fill this role. You will be responsible for managing the area in terms of sales, branch operations and administration. This includes building a high-quality portfolio, achieving targeted results and ensuring repayments of loans disbursed.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with a leading retail banking organization. As Sr Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of branch managers/cluster managers to achieve desired targets. You will also be expected to field visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection.

  • Number of years of experience (5-15 Years)
  • Type of companies/sector worked for(Private commercial banks)
  • Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations(Sales & Collection function)
  • Languages (Hindi/English)
  • Computer/technical skills (Basic Microsoft office)

Candidates with relevant experience in sales and collection functions are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and collection processes, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team to achieve desired results.
