Job Overview
Bridlen is seeking a seasoned Retail Leader to spearhead operations and drive sales at our flagship store in Bombay. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining premium retail standards.
About the Role
- Lead a dynamic team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide top-notch customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are engaging and reflect Bridlen's commitment to craftsmanship and timeless design.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, stock levels, and replenishments, to ensure efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Set and track performance goals for the team, driving growth and improvement.
- Ensure every customer receives personalized, premium service, resolving escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers, driving loyalty and retention.
- Drive sales performance, consistently achieving store targets and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Monitor KPIs, implementing strategies for improvement and supporting in-store events, launches, and brand activations.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality, generating weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations.
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and replenishments, maintaining optimal levels and minimizing waste.
- 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear.
- Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets, with strong people management and communication skills.
- Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and premium customer service, with proficiency in POS and inventory management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail setup.
