As a Senior Client Relations Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, managing client communication, and delivering outsourced solutions. You will serve as the primary management contact and client liaison, representing the enterprise to the client and the client to the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically focused on client satisfaction and relationship management
Responsible for client communication, relationship management, and delivery of outsourced solutions
Oversees and leads teams in delivery of continuous and effective outsourced solutions
Works to maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring ongoing customer service
Develops deep knowledge on FIS solutions and services and provides thought leadership
Manages technical engagement on projects and is responsible for oversight of vendors and subcontractors
Requirements
Graduate (science/analytics preferable)/MBA
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology/Financial services organizations
Proven knowledge to represent the enterprise's entire range of products to the client and of the industry
Proven track record in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or the sales of technology products and services
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills that ensure contract renewals, a track record of product and revenue growth, and high levels of customer satisfaction

Works independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or periodically as the subject matter expert. Participates in Product Release activities including User Acceptance Testing and execution of test cases. Expected to mentor others on staff and is a role model for the rest of the team. Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel. Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge. Participates in strategic planning and direction. Develops, documents, and implements standards, guidelines, direction, and education on process/procedures for staff. Assigned to highly visible, sensitive, and critical clients. Customer service or client management experience – a plus. Some travel will be required.
