Job Description:

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with educational institutions to promote and sell our software services.
  • Manage leads, track interactions, and report daily on sales activities using CRM tools like Zoho CRM or HubSpot.
  • Deliver product demonstrations (online and in-person) to potential clients, effectively conveying the value of our software.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and sales strategy.
  • Meet and exceed set targets for deal closures on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the educational sector to generate qualified leads.
  • Produce engaging content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and case studies to drive brand awareness and attract target audiences.
  • Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms to build engagement and promote services.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), and SEO optimization to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Distribute marketing materials, track performance, and generate reports that measure the success of campaigns, engagement metrics, and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience in both sales and marketing, particularly within the educational sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Zoho CRM or HubSpot for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, social media management, and online marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary: ₹2.4 Lakhs per annum.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.
  • Performance Bonus: Based on deal closures and marketing performance.
  • Opportunities for growth within the company based on performance.

Estimated Salary: ₹48,000 - ₹60,000 per month.
