- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably with a focus on the USA market.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and tactics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed.
