Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Results Driven Sales Manager - Portfolio Growth to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a sales team and drive portfolio growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and managing a team to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and acquiring business from market channels, minimizing delinquency and rejection rates, and maintaining a high-quality portfolio.
  • Developing and executing strategies to identify changing market trends, channel development, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend process improvements, driving operational efficiencies, and high-quality customer service across Retail Banking.
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Graduation in any field and post-graduation in any field (optional).
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹8,50,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
