About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling real estate properties and services to potential clients.

This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and requirements.
  • Presentation and promotion of real estate properties and services to clients.
  • Negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
