We are seeking a skilled Results-Driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Aliignspace Interiors.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Effectively communicate with leads to identify prospective leads, follow-up with leads for initial meetings, design meetings, and closure meetings.
- Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by following up regularly to ensure consistent closures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to remain relevant.
The Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of ₹2,40,000 - ₹1,80,000 per annum (dependent on skillset) + incentives tied to sales closures.
Work Mode:
This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both onsite and remotely.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is essential.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
