We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Effectively communicate with leads to identify prospective leads, follow-up with leads for initial meetings, design meetings, and closure meetings.
  • Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by following up regularly to ensure consistent closures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to remain relevant.

The Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹2,40,000 - ₹1,80,000 per annum (dependent on skillset) + incentives tied to sales closures.

Work Mode:

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both onsite and remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
