We are a leading organization in the industry, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding into new markets, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
About the Role:
- Meet clients directly to present solutions and close deals.
- Convert leads provided by Field Executives and pursue self-sourced opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in new companies.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and customer engagement to strengthen business ties.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cold chain, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, client management, and business development skills.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and expanding market reach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Field Executives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strategic approach to sales and expansion.
