PeopleSoft HCM Developer/Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft HCM developer/analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, including requirements definition, technical design, development, testing, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts. They will also have functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Identify the potential impact of proposed application changes on other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development.
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Linux and PeopleSoft development tools.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft production support.
  • Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.
  • Ability to work with both technical and functional resources.
