Seeking an experienced SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to lead the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of EC solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring EC modules and possess strong knowledge of HR business processes.

  • Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects or support.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Configure Employee Central including Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, Associations and Events.
  • Integrate EC with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Handle data migration, validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and client stakeholders.
  • Support post-go-live activities including issue resolution and change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Time, Payroll and Talent Management.

The role requires a minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors EC. A deep understanding of EC modules such as Position Management, Job Info, Personal Info and Global Benefits is also necessary.

Preferred qualifications include experience with other SF modules, exposure to SAP Payroll and Time Management, and working knowledge of SAP HCM (PA/OM). A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field is an advantage.

Certifications such as SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification are required or willing to obtain within 3 months of joining.

This is a full-time role that requires a minimum 6 years of experience in SAP HCM SF. Working timings are US Time Zone. Salary expectations and current salary details will be requested during the job application process.
