We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in configuring and implementing complex business processes in SuccessFactors, as well as experience in conducting discovery sessions with customers to understand their needs and propose best-fit solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0
  • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs and propose best-fit solutions
  • Integrate ONB 2.0 with upstream and downstream systems, including third-party applications
  • Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central (mandatory)
  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ONB processes in global organizations
  • Exposure to system development, analysis, and testing
