Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Professional to drive brand visibility, market expansion, and portfolio growth across multiple therapies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and market share.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Analyze competitor landscape to identify opportunities for new product launches and line extensions.
  • Marketing Mix Management: Design and manage the marketing mix, positioning, and product differentiation strategies.
  • Brand Development: Prepare visual aids, promotional inputs, and campaign material in line with brand requirements.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for the field force to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Brand Lifecycle Management: Manage brand life cycle and ensure strong evolution indices for profitability.
  • Customer Segmentation: Plan and execute customer segmentation & CRM activities for key customer development.
  • Product Availability: Coordinate with production & supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
  • Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies through feedback, ROI analysis, and field visits.
Requirements:
  • Pharma Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of pharma marketing & brand management.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, training, and negotiation skills.
  • Portfolio Expansion Experience: Experience in portfolio expansion, brand positioning, and promotional strategy development.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong customer relationships.
