We are seeking a seasoned Business Director to lead our International Market expansion efforts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing D2C businesses in the beauty/personal care category, coupled with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital ecosystems, and brand building.

This role involves owning the P&L for the USA/Middle East market, encompassing revenue, margins, and growth targets. The successful candidate will develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies, manage eCommerce channels (Shopify/Brand Website), and oversee online marketplaces and GTM for respective geographies.

This position requires strong analytical and commercial acumen, as well as proficiency in eCommerce tools such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, GA4, and Klaviyo. Experience with subscription or bundle-based D2C models is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Owning the P&L for the USA/Middle East market, including revenue, margins, and growth targets.
  2. Developing and executing tailored go-to-market strategies specifically for respective consumer demographics.
  3. Managing and growing D2C channels (Shopify/Brand Website), online marketplaces, and overall GTM for respective geographies.
  4. Ensuring seamless cataloging, pricing, listing optimization, and SEO performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing international D2C businesses, with 2-3+ years focused on the USA market.
  • Experience in color cosmetics, skincare, or personal care categories is essential.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce tools (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.).
Nice-to-Have
  • Exposure to brand collaborations or partnerships with U.S.-based influencers or retailers.
  • Experience with subscription or bundle-based D2C models.
