Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

  1. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Research will be conducted to identify new markets and customer needs, informing the development of effective sales approaches.
  3. The Business Development Manager will establish relationships with prospective clients through regular meetings and communication.
  4. They will promote our products/services, addressing or predicting client objectives and ensuring contracts adhere to relevant laws and guidelines.
  5. Accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other key metrics will be maintained.
  6. Providing exceptional customer support and feedback is crucial for building trust and loyalty.
  7. The Business Development Manager will cultivate long-term relationships with new and existing customers, driving repeat business and referrals.
  8. They will also be responsible for developing and mentoring entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals.
Requirements
