Job Title: Insurance Business Growth Manager

Job Description:
  • Lead daily producer activities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Coach agents to expand their business through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Ensure individual agents experience at least 20% year-on-year growth.
  • Oversee compliance with licensing and commission payments regulations for agents.
  • Maintain the quality of submitted applications.
  • Support producers in all policy-related activities.
  • Recruit, appoint, and train agents for general insurance business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify individuals interested in motor insurance services.
  • Attract motor agents to partner with our organization.
  • Plan and execute name-gathering activities, career orientation programs, quarterly contests, educational programs, etc.

Engagement Activities:

  • Organize daily engagement activities for producers.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly development sessions for producers.
  • Regularly communicate contest and club convention updates to producers.
  • Provide sales support through endorsement, form filling, portal training, and other operational activities.
  • Set and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals with producers.

Stakeholder Interactions:

    • CSM - Business Sourcing.
    • ZSM - Approvals.
    • HR Team - Recruitments & Incentives.
    • Operations Team - Policy Binding, Cheque Receipts.
    • IT Team - IT & Server related issues.
  • External Stakeholders:/li>
    • Agents - New Tie-Ups & Regular Visits.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a general insurance company.
  • Graduate degree from any discipline with prior work experience.
