Build Strategic Partnerships

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging and nurturing strong relationships with assigned banking partners. This strategic position involves leveraging these partnerships to drive health insurance business growth through their branch networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with allocated bank branches.
  • Achieve and drive business targets for health insurance products from designated bank branches.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with bank management and staff to facilitate business development.
  • Regularly visit bank branches to engage with staff, provide product knowledge, and generate health insurance business opportunities.
  • Support bank personnel in understanding product offerings, addressing queries, and resolving concerns related to selling insurance.

Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in bank assurance, preferably with an MBA or similar qualification.

Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
