Workday HCM Analyst

As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will play a vital role in implementing and maintaining the company's Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the Workday Community site to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Develop and deliver insightful Workday reports to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with third-party technical support teams to manage all support needs, providing clear guidance and direction when required.
  • Contribute to the configuration and testing process, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities through ongoing research and testing.
  • Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday.
  • Ensure that internal customer issues and requests are addressed promptly, adhering to documented Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Understand and translate business priorities, integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Partner with HR Technology teams to deliver and test system integrations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage Workday system configuration, providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to partner teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring control and compliance.
  • Develop proficient skills in creating and updating simple integrations, configurations, and data loading via appropriate system methods.
  • Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations, providing innovative solutions to address changing business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience, with expertise in multiple disciplines (HCM, Time and Absence, and Compensation).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to consistently provide accurate data.
  • Strong work ethic for working with confidential information, with the ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
