We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Workday system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, deploy, and support Time and Absence functionality in a complex environment;
- Configure Workday HCM in multiple disciplines (HCM, Time and Absence, and Compensation);
- Provide advanced Microsoft Excel expertise to support business operations;
- Develop and maintain reports using Workday reporting functionality; report writer and calculated fields;
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Focused Workday HCM configuration experience within multiple disciplines (HCM, Time and Absence, and Compensation) with a minimum of 3+ years of experience;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HRIS software and systems experience, with 1 year specifically in Workday enterprise systems;
- Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes;
