HR System Administrator Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HRIS administrator to oversee our SAP Success Factors system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing system administration, resolving issues, and analyzing business and system processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Success Factors configuration, testing, role security, and troubleshooting.
  • Project management during system implementations and ensuring tasks are completed as assigned.
  • Documentation of configuration process and key decisions in support of change management and communications.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during implementations and escalating feedback to the implementation team.
  • Configuration of live sites in preparation for go live.
  • Supporting end users on data entry procedures, system navigation, and reporting.
  • Analysis of HR functional business and system processes with recommendations for improvements to meet business needs.
  • Maintaining data standards through automation, setting up preventative controls, data audits, and working with the business for corrections.
  • Establishing and maintaining business and compliance reports and dashboards for leaders.
  • Creating and delivering training for new users, managers, and HR leaders globally.
  • Evaluating accuracy and data integrity of the HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits.
  • Leading sustainment planning for HR technology including release (upgrades) planning.
Requirements:
  • System testing expertise
  • Degree qualification or relevant experience
  • SuccessFactors administrator experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and advanced formula writing
  • Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions, and processes
  • Familiarity with Success Factors modules including Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning Management, Succession, Onboarding, and Recruiting
  • Collaboration experience with all levels of management and colleagues from other areas such as IT and Compliance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users and facilitate effective outcomes
  • Independence in prioritizing assignments based on urgency and communicating timelines effectively
  • Confidentiality maintenance
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
