Job Title: Human Resources Leadership Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our human resources operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Develop and implement onboarding, induction, training, and performance management processes.
  • Support day-to-day administration activities to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Proven expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and administration is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR software/automation tools is required.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HR/Personnel Management from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in small/mid-size business conglomerates or engineering/service industries, is necessary.
  • Telugu language proficiency, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
