
Strategic Recruitment Partner

The primary objective of this role is to play a pivotal part in leading the successful fulfillment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers.
This involves working collaboratively with recruitment professionals and coordinators to drive best practices across the recruitment life-cycle.
The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the organization at every interaction, providing recruitment guidance and advice to other staff members.
- Recruitment activities will focus on direct sourcing.
- A thorough understanding of the recruitment delivery process is required to carry out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
- Effective communication of recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers is essential.
- Risk or compliance issues must be identified and escalated promptly.
- Requisitions will be managed through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the recruitment industry or Corporate is preferred, preferably within a global organization (in-house, RPO).
- Strong conversational/written English skills with the capability to articulate thought processes.
- Knowledge of various industries and job levels from Junior to Senior Leadership.
- Successful experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ability to write clear client-oriented communications emails, job descriptions.
