Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling. You will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • You will prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish strong relationships with prospects.
  • You will own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us.
  • You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with our talented group of interiors designers.
  • You will be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
  • We expect you to share our passion and commitment for serving customers and provide a world-class customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets.
  • You will lead alternate channels of sales, including residence visits, design/sales at show flats, and apartment activities.
  • You will be open to new initiatives and be a self-starter who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors.

What We're Looking For

  • You should have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • You should have 1-5 years of experience in Sales.
  • You should have strong listening and presentation skills.
  • You should be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary Range: ₹8 Lakhs - ₹12 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary range reflects the estimated compensation for a successful Sales Executive in this position, based on industry standards and market trends.
