Job Title: Senior Product Analyst

 

Job Description:

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work with complex data sets. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to create clear and compelling narratives from complex data analysis.

 

As a senior product analyst, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes by turning user data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for conducting hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product usage data to identify user pain points, quantify the size of the problem, and propose actionable solutions.

 

Key responsibilities include leading product experimentation efforts, designing and analyzing tests to build confidence in features planned for investment. The ideal candidate will ensure that our experimentation stack, including tools like LaunchDarkly, Segment, and Heap, is optimized for business and product teams to use effectively.

 

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably within digital or fintech products. They will demonstrate strong ownership mindset and always look for opportunities to create impact for the business. Good SQL/Python proficiency is required, as well as the ability to form relationships across the business to help with the adoption of data-driven decision-making.
