Senior Business Analyst - Data Insights

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst - Data Insights, you will play a key role in leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business outcomes.
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive modeling to optimize business processes.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on business development.
  • Experience with coding languages like R or Python (for data cleaning, statistics, and modeling), SQL, VBA, and DAX (PowerBI).
  • Knowledge of working with and creating data architectures.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision trees, artificial neural networks).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc/BTech) in applied sciences with statistics coursework, or a relevant certification.
