Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to act as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and technical content management systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document related requirements while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and content strategy. By translating business goals into detailed technical specifications, you will support the development and enhancement of structured content solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand, elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, detail acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and requirements specifications.
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new business features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, databases, and cloud-based systems.
  • Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience with product backlog management (e.g., Jira) and collaboration tools.

Basic Qualifications:
