Responsible for managing a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Assists in planning and coordinating culinary events, menus and recipes to meet customer expectations.
Supervises and trains staff on new techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures.
Monitors inventory levels, controls costs, and minimizes waste.
Reports equipment malfunctions and orders supplies as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate culinary events, menus, and recipes to meet customer requirements.
- Supervise and train junior staff members on new culinary techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
4 years of experience in the culinary industry with at least 1 year in supervisory role.
